Last Will and Testament of Reginald E. Woodward

Written on June 8, 1962; probated on Jan. 15 1963

I, Reginald E. Woodward, of R. D. #1, Leesport, County of Berks and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament.

1. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made.

2. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses.

3. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property of every name, nature and description whatsoever, real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situate, of which I shall die seized or possessed, I give, devise and bequeath to my aunt, Miss Cora I. Schellhammer, of No. 8 North Second Street, Reading, Pennsylvania.

4. I hereby name, constitute, and appoint my aunt, Cora I. Schellhammer; and my attorney, David J. Batdorf, co-executors to compromise, settle and adjust all claims in favor of or against my estate, and to sell at public or private sale, at such prices and upon such terms of credit or otherwise, as they deem best, the whole or any part of my real or personal property, and to execute, acknowledge and deliver deeds and other proper instruments of conveyance thereof to the purchaser or purchasers.

5. In settling my estate it is my desire that David J. Batdorf, Esquire, of No. 430 Walnut Street, Reading, Pennsylvania, be consulted as to all legal matters in the administration of my estate.
