Application for Probate and Letters Testamentary, filed March 5, AD 1912
Executrices: Emma M. Hartz and Henrietta Pennepacker
I, Rebecca Weitzel, of Weitzelville, Spring Township, Berks Co., Penna., being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First: I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my Executrices, hereinafter names, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Item: I give, devise and bequeath all my estate and property, real and personal, until my brother, John, for the term of his natural life and upon his decease I give, devise and bequeath the same unto my two nieces, Emma M. Hartz and Henrietta Pennepacker in fee simple and absolutely. I order that my brother shall not be required to give any security for personal property to protect those entitled in remainder.
Lastly, I hereby constitute and appoint Emma M. Hartz and Henrietta Pennepacker to be the Executrices of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I, Rebecca Weitzel, the Testatrix, have to this, my will, set my hand and seal, this thirty first (31) day of January A.D. 1911.

Signed by the said Testatrix with her mark in our presence as and for her last will and testament, the same having first been read over to her in our hearing, who at her request and in her presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
