Last Will and Testament of Peter Eisenbeis

In the name of God, Amen. The Twenty Fifth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five. I Peter Eisenbeis of the City of Reading, being through the blessing of God, in a sound state of mind and memory, but sick in body, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament. What is to say, principally and first of all, I recommend my soul into the hands of almighty God.

With respect to my worldly estate, I give, bequeath and dispose of it in the manner following.

First I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Susanna, all my estate real and personal to be at her own disposal as she may deem proper.

And it is my request that George Printz Esq. sign my name hereto and make my seal there to as my own in the presence of Thomas Dam and Nehemiah Lewis.
