Last Will and Testament of Margaretha Miller, widow of George Miller

In the name of God Amen. I Margretha Miller (the widow and relict of the deceased Georg Miller) of Windsor Township, Bercks County and State of Pennsilvanie, am at yet well and in good health and also, thank be to God, of good Memory and Understanding, but I have considered the mortality of men, therefore I make my last Will and Testament and divide my worldly Goods in the following way and manner, to wit First I recomend my immortal Soul into the Hands of the great and merciful God who has given it to me and I hope trough the merit of our Redeemer Jesus Christ forgiveness of all my Sins and a happy entrance into the eternal Glory and Happiness, and my Corps to be burried in a christian manner according to the Will of my hereafter named Executors and that all my real Debts and the Costs of my Burrial shall be paid out of that what is left by me.

Item. I give and bequeath to my Son Philip Miller the Sum of Twenty Pounds Lawful Money of Pennsilvanie as his full Portion of that what is left by me.

Item. I give and bequeath to my grandchildren (which are the children of my said son Philip Miller) to say Johann Miller, Jacob Miller, Philip Miller junior, Peter Miller, Daniel Miller, Georg Miller, Wilhelm Miller, and Magdalene Miller each of my said Grandchildren shall receive Twenty Pound Lawful Money of Pennsilvania them or their Heirs or Representatives and my said son Philip Miller shall be the Guardian of my named Grandchildren and shall give out the Money upon Interest into sure hands and if one is come to his age of twenty one year then he shall pay to him that money with the Interest which it has procured. Item. I give and bequeath to my Son Georg Miller the Sum of Five Shillings Lawful Money of Pennsilvania which shall be his full Portion of that what is left by me.

Item. I give and bequeath to my Son Jacob Miller the Sum of Five Shillings Lawful Money of Pennsilvanie which shall be his full Portion of that what is left by me.

Item. I give and bequeath to the Children left by my deceased Son Johannes Miller the Sum of Five Shillings Lawful Money of Pennsilvania which shall be their full Portion of that what is left by me or my estate.

Item. It is my Will and I order that when the said Money which I have within this before given and bequeathed to my said Son Philip Miller and to my said Grandchildren is paid to them and my real Debts and the Costs of my burrial are paid, then shall the surplus of my estate belong to my hereafter named Daughter Magdalene married to George Keiser.

Item. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Magdalene (married to George Keiser) all the rest of that what is left by me or Estate and to the children which will be born by her what remains after the Money which I have given and bequeathed within this before is paid.

Item. it is my Will and I order that when my said Daughter Magdalene (married to the said Georg Keiser) should die and should leave no Children born by herself then all the Money and Personal Estate which she has received by me be paid back and given to my Grandchildren or the said Children of my said Son Philip Miller this is my true Intention and Meaning of this.

Lastly I order, appoint and name the only Executor of this my last Will and Testament my Son in Law Johann Georg Keiser and I make by this null and void all and every Will and Testament made by me before and I declare and empower this to be my only Will and Testament and no other. In Witness whereof have I put my Hand and Seal to it the second Day of November in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and four.
