Estate of Charles S. Miller, late of the city of Reading, deceased.

THE ACCOUNT of WILLIAM W. MILLER and JENNIE R. GOODMAN, executors, after due publication in accordance with law and the rules of Court, was called for audit June 1, 1915, when the audit was closed.

The decedent died on the 22nd day of February, 1914, testate and unmarried, leaving to survive him the following collateral relatives, the issue of deceased brothers and sisters, viz.:

    7. Mrs. Mary Weber, a niece
    8. Jane A Krammers, a niece
    9. Susan Roeder, a niece
    10. The issue of Carolina Strause Kramer, a niece who predeceased the testator viz.:
      1. Sadie Krames, a grand-niece
      2. Sallie Krause, a grand-niece
      3. Robert H Krames, a grand-nephew
  2. The issue of Maria Hiester, a sister, who predeceased the testator, viz.:
    1. Maria Weible, a niece
    2. Kate Schlauch, a niece
    3. Alice Reber, a niece
    4. Isabella Deck, a niece
    5. Malinda Geiss, a niece
    6. Sallie Spengler, a niece
  3. The issue of William Miller, a brother, who predeceased the testator, viz.:
    1. William W. Miller, a nephew
    2. Charles H. Miller, a nephew
    3. Diana Balthaser, a niece
    4. Rebecca Miller, a niece
    5. Sarah Miller, a niece
    6. Mary Spatz, a niece
    7. The issue of Emma Schweigert, a niece who predeceased the testator, viz.:

      2. Milton Schweigert, a grand-nephew
      3. Annie Schick, a grand-niece
  4. The issue of Katherine Lessig, a sister, who predeceased the testator, viz
    1. William Lessig, a nephew
  5. The Issue of Daniel Miller, a brother, who predeceased the testator, viz.
    1. Seranus Miller, a nephew
  6. The Issue of Elizabeth Strause, a sister, who predeceased the testator, viz.
    1. Kate Neischweinder, a niece
    2. The issue of Valeria Achenbach, a niece who predeceased the testator, viz.
      1. Lillie Longenecker, a grand-niece
      2. Bessie Bush, a grand-niece
      3. Carrie Krick, a grand-niece
      4. Elsie Achenbach, a grand-niece
      5. Clinton Achenbach, a grand-nephew

Maria Weible, one of the nieces, has died intestate since the testator, and letters of administration upon her estate have been issued to Lewis Weible.

Lillie Longenecker, a grand-niece, has died since the testator, and she has no known personal representative.
