To the honorable Robert Porter Esq., President and his associates Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County now composing an Orphans Court in and for said County.

The petition of John Mull eldest son of Michael Mull late of Maidencreek Township yeoman decd .

Respectfully Sheweth

That upon your petitioner's father lately died intestate leaving a widow named Margareth and issue of eight children to wit your petitioner, Daniel, Michael, Henry, Peter, Catharine wife of Samuel Ely, Susanna and David the last named is yet in his minority and that the intestate died seized in his demise as of sie of and of and in a certain messuage and plantation situate in the Township of Maidencreek aforesaid bounded by the lands of Jacob Reeser, Nicholas Saul and John Glass and others containing one hundred and eighty acres more or less, with the appurtenances your petitioner therefore prays your Honors to award an inquest, to make partition of the premises aforesaid to and among the children and representatives of the said intestate in such manner and in such proportions as by the laws of this commonwealth is directed of such partitions can be made without prejudice to or spoiling the whole, but of said partition cannot be made thereof as aforesaid, then to value and appraise the same and make report of their proceedings herein according to Law
