Be it Remembered, That I, Levi Haas of the Township of Muhlenberg, County of Berks, and State of Pennsylvania being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore make, publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say:
Item: I give and devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Haas all my property both real and personal, of which I may be possessed at the time of my death.
And lastly, I do make, constitute and appoint Charles E Haas my eldest son to be executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament.
I witness where of, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 13th day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.
