In the name of God amen I Magdalene Keyer wife of Georg Keyser of Womelsdorff Berks County and State of Pennsylvania being perfectly healthy and Sound minde and memory and understanding but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner & form following to wit, first it is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon an conveniently can be after my decease.
Item 1, I give and bequeath unto Peter Miller Innkeeper of the town of Hamburg Berks County, all my personal property and all my money, due and becoming due me from my said husband Georg Keyer of the town of Womelsdorff after my herein after mentioned Executor shall have paid out of my money the sum of three hundred dollars to George Miller of Hamburg Berks County which I give and bequeath unto him, and the remainder of my Estate the above mentioned Peter Miller shall have, the above three Hundred Dollars to be paid one month after my decease.
Item 2 and lastly I nominate constitute and apoint my friend Peter Miller of the town of Hamburg County and State afore said to be me Executor to this my last will and testament Hereby revoking all other will legacies and bequests by me heretofore made and declaring this and no other to be my last will and testament. In Witness where of I have here unto set my Hand and Seal this Ninth Day of August A.D. 1834.
