Last Will and Testament of Josiah Mull

1914 Reading

I, Josiah Mull, of the City of Reading, County of Berks, and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this present writing as and for my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void any and all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

First:- I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and fully satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease, and that a suitable tomb-stone be erected at my grave.

Second:- I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever, unto my beloved wife, Amanda L Mull, for and during the term of her natural life, and after her death I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter Maggie L Mull, to be hers absolutely.

Lastly: I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said daughter Maggie L Mull to be the Executrix of this my last will and testament.

In witness hereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 27th day of April A D 1912.
