Proved March 15, 19__ Same day Letters Testamentary grants until Emma M. Hartz and Henrietta Pennepacker, Testators died March 10, 1917
I, John Weitzel of Weitzelville, Spring Township, Berks Co., Penna., being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First: I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my Executrices, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Item: I give, devise, and bequeath all my estate and property, real and personal, until my sister, Rebecca, for the term of her natural life and upon her decease I give, devise and bequeath the same unto my two nieces, Emma M. Hartz and Henrietta Pennepacker in fec simple and absolutely. I order that my sister shall not be required to give any security for personal property to protect those entitled in remainder.
Lastly: I hereby constitute and appoint Emma M. Hartz and Henrietta Pennepacker to be the Executrices of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I, John Weitzel, the Testator, have to this, my will, set my hand and seal this thirty first (31) day of January A.D. 1911

Signed by the said Testator with his mark in our presence as and for his last will and testament, the same having first been read over to him in our hearing, who at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
