In the name of God Amen I John Teisher of Richmond Township and County of Berks Yeoman Being at Present of a Sound and Disposing Mind and Memory Blessed Be God Dolais Day Do this Ninth Day of Jenuary in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty one Make and Ordain this my Last will and Testament in the following Manner and form first and Princible I Recommend my Soul to almighty God who Gave It and my Body to the Earth to be buried in a Decent and Christian Like Manner at the Discretion of my Executor Herein after Named first I will that all my Just Debts Together with my funeral Charges be Duly paid and Satisfied By my Executor

Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Son Peter Teisher the Sum of Twenty Pounds Lawfull Money to be paid unto him by my Son Stephen Teisher one Year after my Decease

Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Son Jacob Teisher the Sum of five Shillings Lawfull Money to be paid unto him by my Son Stephen Teisher one Year after my Decease

Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Son in law Henry Kime one Shilling Starling to be paid unto him by my Son Stephen Teisher one Year after my Decease

Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Barbara Hieter wife to Peter Hieter the Sum of five Shillings Lawfull Money to be paid unto her by my Son Stephen Teisher one Year after my Decease

Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Susanna Elisabeth the Sum of Twenty Pounds Current Lawfull Money to be paid unto her by my Son Stephen Teisher one Year after my Decease

Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Grant Son John Kime Son of my Late Daughter Mary Kime Deceased the Sum of five Pounds Lawfull Money to be paid unto him By my Son Stephen Teisher when he Erives to the Age of Twenty one Years with the Lawfull Interest thereof from the Day of my Decease until he Erives to his full age aforesaid But if my Said Grant Son Should happen to Dye before he Erives to his Age aforesaid then I Give and Bequeath the Said five Pounds with the Interest unto my Son Stephen Teisher

Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Son Stephen Teisher all the Remainder of my Estate after the Lagacies Herein Bequeathed is first paid and Satisfied and I Make and ordain My Son Stephen Teisher my Sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament and Hereby Revoking and Making Void all former and other wills by me at any Time Hereto fore made Declaring this and no other to be my Last will and Testament In Witness where of I have Hereunto Set my hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written

Reading Berks County Pennsylvania (?) The 27th Day of June 1761 Then personally appeared John Barto and Nicholas Bunn the two Subscribing Witness to the forgoing Writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of John Teisher deceased, And the said Nicholas Bunn on his Solemn Oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God did depose and Say, and the said John Barto who declared himself conscientiously scrupulous of taking an Oath, on his solemn Affirmation according to Law did declare and say, That the Testator therein named Sigh, Seal, publish, pronounce and declare the Same Writing to be his Last Will and Testament and that at the Time of the Doing thereof he was of Sound mind Memory and understanding as they verily believe; And further that the Names Nicholas Bunn and John Barto thereto Subscribed are the proper Hand Writing of the said Deponent and Affirmant respectively by them subscribed and Witnesses there to in the presence of each other and at the request and in the presence of the said Testator.
