This is written in German with no translation. By her mark Maria Hill relinquishes her right to administer the estate to her sons Jacob Hill and Johannes Hill.

Bond

Know all men by these present that we Jacob Hill and John Hill, sons of John Hill late of Oley Township, yeoman, desc. Jacob Gerber of Amity Township and Christian heckler of Eseter Township all of Berks County are held and bond unto the commonwealth of Pennsylvania , in the sum of two thousand pounds lawful money of Pennsylvania to be paid to the said commonwealth === To which the payment well and truly be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, and administrators and every of them jointly and severally, for and in the whole, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, dated the 29th day of November anno domini 1806.

On the ninth day of December personally appeared before me George Lorah one of the Justices of the Peace in and for the said county the subscribers George Focht and Abraham Hill on their solomn oaths do depose and say that they have valued and appraised all the foregoing articles of this within inventory as they were delivered and shown unto them to the best of their skill and understanding.

The account of Jacob Hill and John Hill administrators of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits which were of John Hill late of Oley Township, Berks County yeaoman, desc. The same is settled and adjusted by John K. Messersmith, William Bell, Frederick Heller, auditors appointed by the Orphans Court in the said county to settle and adjust the same.The accountants are charged with all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits which were of the said desc. At the time of his deathagreeable to an inventory thereof exhibited into the Registrars office at Reading in and for the said county of Berks 1961 6 1 pounds
