To the Honorable the Judges of the Orphans Court in and for the County of Berks.

The Petition of Matthias, Howard, Catharine, Henry and John Eisenbise minor children under the age of fourteen years of John B Eisenbise late of the City of Reading said County deceased by their grandfather Matthias Eisenbise of said County respectfully represents: Thst said minors are under the age of fourteen years and have no person legally authorized to take charge of their persons and estates. They therefore prey the Court to appoint some suitable Person as guardian for that purpose.

Know all men by these presents,
That we, Anthony Ammon and Mathias Eisenbise of the City of Reading, Berks County and State of Pennsylvania are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), lawful money, to be paid to the said Commonwealth, her certain Attorney or Assigns, to which payment well and truly to be made and done, we do bind ourselves, our Heirs, Executors, Administrators, and each of us, firmly by the presents. Sealed with our Seals and dated the Eighteenth day of September A. D., one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

The condition of this obligation is such:
That if the above bound Anthony Ammon Guardian of John Eisenbise a minor child under the age of fourteen years of John B Eisenbise late of the City of Reading, said county, deceased, shall at least once every three years and at any other time when required by the Orphans' Court for the county of Berks, render a just and true account of the management of the property and estate of said minor under his care, and shall also deliver up the said property, agreeably to the order and decree of the said Court, or directions of law, and shall in all respects faithfully perform the duties of guardian of said minor, then the above obligation shall be void, otherwise it shall be and remain in force and Virtue.
