Last Will and Testament of James K. Eisenbise

Be it Remembered, That I, James K. Eisenbise, of No. 311 N. Front St., Reading, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say:

Item: I bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Eisenbise, all my property, real, personal, or mixed, of whatever kind and where so ever found, she to have the use and enjoyment, during her life.

Item: It is my will and I order and direct that my wife may sell or dispose of such property from time to time as may be necessary to properly keep and support her herself only, and that she shall at no time give any of the property away, or, she shall not give the property to any of the children to keep her as long as she lives. But, that she shall control the whole estate herself.

And as to all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal or mixed, of whatever nature or kind, or where so ever situate at the time of my decease, I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my wife Elizabeth Eisenbise.

And lastly I do make, constitute and appoint Elizabeth Eisenbise my wife, to be the Executrix and my son Peter W. Eisenbise Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name, affixed my seal, the thirteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five.

Signed, Sealed, published and declared by the testator above named, as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto, at his request, subscribed our names in our presence, and in the presence of each other, as witnesses hereto.
