Estate of Isaac Weitzel, deceased.

The account of Pierce A. and Harry A. Weitzel, after due publication in accordance with law and the Rules of Court, was called for audit October 6, 1913, and adjourned to November 8, 1913, when the audit was closed.

The decedent died on the 4th day of November, 1912, intestate and unmarried, leaving to survive him, the following issue, all of whom are legal age, and entitled to the proportions in his estate, set opposite their respective names, viz:

  1. Mazie M. Green, a daughter, 1-5
  2. Bessie Bausman, a daughter, 1-5
  3. James G. Weitzel, a son, 1-5
  4. Harry A. Weitzel, a son, 1-5
  5. Pierce G. Weitzel, a son, 1-5

Last Will and Testament of Isaac Weitzel

In the name of God, Amen.

I Isaac Weitzel being of sound mind and memory, do hereby made, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in manner following, to wit:-

Item: I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Emma E. Weitzel, all my real, personal and mixed estate, found at the time of my death, to be enjoyed by her during her natural life (life) or so long as we maintains my name.

During such time as she is possessor of property, she to pay all taxes, repairs and to keep the property in the same condition as if I myself were living.

After the death of my wife, or in case she does not carry my name, it is my wish and request that all my property shall be divided amount my children, share and share alike.

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Ninth day of March, A.D. 1904.
