Letters administration was granted with the will annex to Maria Magdalena Benseman widow and select? of Herman Benseman there being no Executor in the will married

I Herman Benseman of Hamburg Berks County mit doc? Do hereby make this last will and testament and revoke all former wills by me at any time heretofore made, that this is to say that my will is, and I desired to be buried with as little expense as decency will permit, and in case my children shall be at or in part minors at my decease, my will is, and I do appoint, that my dear wife shall have the Guardianship and tuition of them as long as she shall continue to be sole and to this end she shall have full power to dispose upon all my real personal or mixed state, either by sale, lein, collections or otherwise as she thinks most advantageous for our children and the payment of my debts. That my said wife in said case have the sole and entire use of the same for and during her natural life, and at her death an exact and equal distribution shall be made to and among all our children, in case of her death during the minority of any or all of my children, I, will that guardian or guardians may be appointed in the common way by the Orphans Court of Berks County and the vesting in said guardian or guardians the full and similar power to dispose upon my property to the best advantage of my children, and in case of marriage of my said wife I will likewise have that guardian should be appointed for the minors, allotting to her one childs part in full.

In witness whereof I, the said Herman Benseman have to this my last will and testament set my hand & seal this tenth day of February A.D. one thousan eight hundred and nineteen.

There appeared Jacob Shollenberger, Adolph Hatzfield, witness to a the aforewritten will who were duly qualified according to law did declare and say; that the were present and did see and here Herman Bensamen the testator; sign publish pronounce and declare this writing and as for his last will and testament and at the time of the doing thereof he the said testator was of sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and as the besily? believe; and further; that the names Jacob shollengerger and Audolph Hatzfield as of the deponants? own hand writing thereto subscribed as witnesses in the ? presents of each other and in the presents and at the particular request of the Testator; Coram me a?

Whereas Magdalena Bendeman Widow Administratrix with will annexed of Doctr Herman Benseman late of Hamburg, in Berks County, Yeoman deceased, hath this day filed her Account of Administration of the said Estate, in the Office of Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for said county of Berks: These are therefore to give NOTICE to all Legatees, Creditors and Other Parties concerned , that the said account will be presented to an Orphan's Court, to be held at Reading in and for the county of Berks aforesaid, on Friday the eighth day of November next, for Confirmation and Allowance, agreeably to law.
