Estate of Franklin R Mull late of Perry township, deceased.

The account of Cassia Mull, administrator after due publication in accordance with law and the rules of court, was called for audit April 6, 1903, and adjourned from time to time to September 12, 1903, when the audit was closed.

Appearances: Messrs Rieser & Schaeffer of the accountant.

The decedent died, married and intestate, on the 30 day of July 1902, leaving him a widow, Cassia Mull and the following issue, viz:

1. Benjamin F Mull, a son;
2. Harrison H Mull, a son;
3. William A Mull, a son;
4. Jennie C Mull, a daughter; and
5. The issue of Caroline E Seltzer, a daughter, who predeceased the decedent, viz: Mary E and Harry M Seltzer

Cassie Mull presented and is allowed, a claim of $4200, on judgment entered Dec 31, 1901, to No. 101 December Term, 1901.
