In the matter of the Administration of the Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits of Frank H Heckman late of Hamburg PA Deceased.
The Petition of Lizzie L Heckman respectfully showeth that Frank H Heckman was resident of Berks County, State of Pennsylvania, and departed this life intestate at Mt Carbon in the County of Schuylkill and State of Pennsylvania on the 15 day of January A.D. 1901 at 7 o’clock A.M. That the said Frank H Heckman deceased, left him surviving, the following named widow or husband, heirs and next of kin, to wit:
Lizzie L Heckman, Widow, Hamburg
Edna M Heckman, Daughter, Hamburg
Margaret Heckman, Daughter, Hamburg
And no other next of kin.
The said intestate was possessed of Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits to the value of $100.00 and of no real estate (less encumbrance) to the value of $0 as near as can be ascertained, situated as follows:
Therefore the said Lizzie L Heckman respectfully applies for Letters of Administration upon the Goods, Chattels, Rights and Credits of which said Frank H Heckman died possessed.
