In the name of God, Amen. I, Eliza Faust, Widow, of the city of Reading, county of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making null and void all other last wills and testaments by me heretofore made.
AND___ all my worldly estate, and all the property, real, personal or mixed, of which i shall die siezed and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, I devise, bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following to wit:
IMPRIMIS:___ My will is that all my just debts and funeral charges shall be paid, that a head stone shall be placed at my last resting place, to be of the value of about forty-five dollars, by my executor hereinafter named, to be paid out of my estate, as soon after my decease as shall by him be found convenient.
ITEM:___ i give, devise and bequeath to my beloved son Nathaniel Coller, the one half of my estate real, personal or mixed, to my beloved son John Seitler, I give, devise and bequeath one half of my estate, real, personal or mixed to have the benefits thereof so long as he may live, after the death of my son John Seitler, I give, devise and bequeath his portion of my estate to my beloved grandson, John Seitler Jr, son of John Seitler, and his heirs and assigns forever, in the event of the death of my grandson before the decease of my son John Seitler, then the portion of my estate devised to him the said John Seitler to be his absolutely,
LASTLY:___ I do nominate and appoint my friend Peter J. Holl to be the executor of this my last will and testament.
In testimony whereof, I the said Eliza Faust, have, to this my last will and testament, contained on one sheet of paper, and to this I have subscribed my name, and affixed my seal, this 6th day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight.
