Estate of Diana Moll, late of Ontelaunee Township, deceasd.

The Account of Charles B Moll, administrator, after due publication in accordance to law and rules of court, was called for audit May 6 1895, and adjourned to May 17, 1895, when audit was closed.

Hon. A S Sassaman for Job S Grommis and Emma Grommis

The decedent died on the 23rd day of May, 1894, intestate and unmarried, leaving to survive her the following issue. viz:

  1. Charles B Moll, a son;
  2. Jeremiah M Moll, a son;
  3. Emma Grommis, a daughter;
  4. The minor child Carrie Stoudt, a daughter, who predeceased the decedent, John Stoudt, who has for his guardian the Reading Trust Company.

The accountant submits to be surcharged with the sum of $57.21 – interest received since filing the account.

The accountant asks for, and is allowed, an additional credit of $0.25 – cash paid for acknowledgement.
