In the name of God Amen. I Elizabeth Deturk (widow of John Deturk deceased) of Exeter Township in the County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, being in perfect health of Body, and of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, considering the certainty of death, and the uncertainty of the time thereof, and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs, and thereby be the better prepared to leave this world, when it shall please God to call me home, do therefore make and publish this my last will and Testament, in manner and form following; that is to say:

First and principally, I commit my soul in the hands of Almighty God, and my Body to the Earth, to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor herein after named, and after my debts and funeral charges are paid, I bequeath as follows to wit:

Item. I give and bequeath unto the Legal representatives of my Daughter Debora deceased (who was intermarried with John Heffly) the sum of three hundred Dollars to be paid to them or their Heirs out of my Estate equally to be divided among them, before the following bequest takes place.

Item. I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my Estate to be equally divided among my son John Deturk and my daughter Elizabeth widow of George Guldin deceased and the Legal representatives of my Son Abraham Deturk deceased, who shall be entitled to no more than the same equal share that their Father would be entitled to, if living, and the Legal representatives of my Daughter Debora above named deceased who was intermarried with John Heffly, yet living; to be paid to them after my decease by my Executor herein after named as they arrive to their Lawful ages. (Except my wearing apparel. I separately give to my Daughter Elizabeth above named to take them without being appraised.) in equal portions, Share and share alike.

And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my son John Deturk to be sole Executor of this my last will and testament, revoking and annulling all former Wills by me heretofore made, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.

In testimony of the within written will I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this Sixth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty.
