The decedent died intestate on the 28th day of Marcy A.D.1883 and left to survive him as heirs at law a widow Mary Moll and five children to wit;

Henry B Moll.
Emma wife of Simon Ritter.
Louisa wife of Alfred Lesher.
No creditors appeared at any of the hearings.
