That the said petitioners are minors under the age of fourteen years and have no Guardians appointed to take care of their persons and Estates.

Petition of William Caroline & Maria Yoh minors pf Daniel Yoh above 14 years of age.
At an Orphans Court held at Reading August 11 1848 present all Judges upon the within petition being read, the Court permits the minors within names to make choice of Guardian whereupon William Yoh made his choice of Jacob Faust and Caroline Yoh and Maria Yoh made choice of Benjamin Altenderfer. Which Choice was approved by the Court

Respectfully sheweth
That at Orphans Court held in Reading on the day of August A.D.1848. Your petitioner Jacob Faust was appointed Guardian of the person and estate of Daniel Yoh one of the minor children of Daniel Yoh dec'd To the Honorable Judges of the Orphans Court of Berks County. the said Jacob Faust having since died of the said minor being still under the age of fourteen years. Your petitioner therefore humbly prays your Honors to appoint some proper person as Guardian in stead of the said Jacob Faust.
