In the name of God Amen,
I, Daniel Schmeck of the Township of Ruscombmanor in the County of Berks and the State of Pennsylvania and in good health and sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say:
First: It is my Will and I do order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses by duly paid and satisfied, as soon as, conveniently can be done after my decease.
Second: I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Schmeck the use and occupation of my farm situate in the Township of Ruscombmanor and Alsace, bounded by the lands of Daniel Moyer, Henry Messinger, Daniel Kissinger, Jacob Ohlinger, Ru?gt?? Keeper, Jacob Seylor, Samuel Seylor and Charles Schaeffer, containing fifty-nine acres, more or less, together with all my livestock, by me owned and kept thereon also the farm implements and the household goods and furniture and all other items not particularly named, and the interest of all moneys which may remain at the time of my decease to have and to hold the same for and during her natural life. It is my desire that Jacob Hartman my present tenant shall continue on farming my said farm for the shares during the life of my said widow and attend to her wants at all times.
Third: After the death of my said wife I give and devise unto the above mentioned Jacob Hartman all the property herein before devised and bequeathed to my said wife and his heirs and assigns for ever.
And lastly I nominate constitute appoint the above named Jacob Hartman, to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and ???ing with all former wills by me made and declaring this and no other to be my last Will and Testament.
