Estate of Daniel Moll deceased.

The account of Eliza Moll – Trustee to sell Real Estate was called for Audit before Hon. Hiram H Schwartz, Presiding Judge, the second day of June 1890 and adjourned to Jun 14th 1890 when it was fully and finally heard.

C H Schaeffer, Esq. appeared as council for the Accountant who was also personally present.

1. Decedent died intestate 8th day of July 1888 and left to survive him a widow Eliza Moll and issue children as follows.
2. Ida Jane Schock minor who has for guardian Elias Schock
3. Tamah Moll minor who has for guardian F H Naftzinger
4. Lizzie Moll minor who has for guardian Alex H Rentschler
5. George Moll minor who has for guardian Isaac Moll
6. Oliver Moll minor who has for guardian Isaac Moll
7. Warren Moll minor who has for guardian S W Lesher
8. Herbert Moll minor who has for guardian S W Lesher

No creditors appeared at the hearing nor are exceptions filed to the account.

Upon proceeding to the examination of the account it was found to be correct.

Distribution

Eliza Moll widow $2177.00 is ordered and decreed that said sum be and remain a charge upon the real estate purchased by said Eliza Moll, for and during her lifetime for her use and upon her death that the same be paid to the heirs of decedent.

It is ordered and decreed that Eliza Moll Trustee as aforesaid, do pay said fees, costs and the distributions to the parties respectively entitled to.

The foregoing report is hereby confirmed nisi.
