I, Daniel H. Schmeck, of Hyde Park, in the County of Berks and the State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and understanding, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, revoking any and all Wills heretofore made by me.
First – I desire that all my funeral expenses and all other just debts be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done.
Second – I devise and bequeath all my property, real and personal, wherever located or found, now owned by me and hereafter acquired, to my beloved wife Ellen M. Schmeck, absolutely.
Third – I appoint and nominate my beloved wife Ellen M. Schmeck, my sole Executrix, of this my last Will and Testament.
In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this Second day of March, A.D. one thousand nine hundred and six.
