1909 Reading
In the name of God, Amen. I, Charlotte Tyack widow of John Tyack of Reading, County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania being of sound memory and understanding do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills by me heretofore made.
First -- I give and bequeath unto my son John Tyack, his heirs and assigns all my personal Estate of whatsoever nature and kind on the premises No. 720 North Sixth Street, Reading, Pa. or where so ever the same may be at the time of my death.
Second -- I hereby appoint my son John Tyack Executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this Eighth day of June, A.D. 1906
