Last Will and Testament of Catharine Ringler

Exeter Twp 1870

In the name of God, Amen, I Catharine Ringler of the Township of Exeter, County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, widow, being of sound health and sound disposing mind, memory and understanding of this transitory life do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament in manner and form following to wit;

Item First it is my Will that after my decease my body shall be buried in a decent and Christian like manner by my executors and my debts and personal expenses are duly paid and discharged.

Item it is my Will and I do hereby give and devise unto my son William Ringler who has always cared for me and attended to my affairs for his honorable and attention to me. I do hereby give and devise to him all my personal property which is to (?????) all my live stock to that he my son William shall immediately upon my decease shall take and hold the (???) live stock personal property to him his heirs and assigns forever.

And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my son William Ringler my executor of this my last Will and Testament declaring this and no other to be y last will and testament duly revoking all former Wills.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Thirty First day of July A. D. One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Nine.
