Written 10/29/1877; Recorded 10/9/1885

Heirs: Sontag, Fichthorn, Berger
Others: Resch

In the name of God, Amen: I Mary Berger of Upper Tulpehoccan Township, Berks County and State of Pennsylvania, wife of George Berger; being in perfect health and sound mind, memory and understanding; but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, to wit:

First: It is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied, as soon as conveniently can be, after my decease.

Item: Whereas I have already given to my son Moses Sontag the sum of Nine Hundred (900) Dollars, for which sum I hold his Note, it is my will and I do order that each of my four remaining children viz: Benjamin Sontag, Isaac Sontag, Susana, intermarried with Charles Fichthorn, and Christina, intermarried with Emanuel B. Berger, shall each receive the like sum of nine hundred (900) dollars, before my son Moses shall inherit.

Item: It is my will and I do order that all the rest and residue of my estate, from whatever source it may be derived, shall be divided in equal shares among my five children above named.

And Lastly: I hereby nominate and appoint my son Benjamin Sontag to be executor of this my last will and Testament, revoking and annulling all former wills by me made and satisfying and confirming this, and no other, to be my last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof, I Mary Berger, this testatrix, have this day, October twentyninth AD 1877, set my hand and seal to this my last Will and Testament.
