I Benneville B. Faust of the city of Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this, my last will and testament.
First, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as confidently can be done after my decease.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my property i give and bequeath to my son Franklin W. Faust and to his heirs and assigns forever.
I appoint my said son franklin W. Faust to be the Executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness where of I have here unto set my hand and seal the thirteenth day of March A.D. One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety One.
