Last Will and Testament of Andrew S. Gossler

In the Name of God Amen, I Andrew S Gossler, of the City of Reading, County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania being in good health, sound mind, and memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, to wit:

First. I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently can be after my decease.

Second. I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Sarah and her heirs all my property, Real, personal and mixed.

Lastly. I nominate constitute and appoint my wife Sarah as Executrix of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day January one thousand eight hundred and seventy six (1876).

Register of Wills personally appeared J Dalles Schoener and William B Schoener the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will, being duly sworn according to law doth dispose and say that they were present and did see and hear Andrew S Gossler, the testator sign seal publish and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament, that at the tie of so doing he was of sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge, observation and belief.
