Estate of Adam Heckman, late of Township of Alsace, Deceased.

The Account of Kate R. Heckman (now Gring) administratrix, after due publication in accordance with and Rules of Court. Was called for audit Jun 2 1914, when the audit was closed.

The decedent died on the 23rd day of March, 1904, intestate and married, leaving to survive him a widow, Kate R Heckman (now Gring), and a minor daughter, Myrtle O Heckman, who has since died.

The balance in the account, of $253.11, which is personal, is claimed by the widow for her exemption. After deduction of legal costs, distribution will be so made.

Estate of Adam Heckman To Honorable H Willis Bland, Auditing Judge:

The petition of Katie R Gring widow of decedent represents:

That the said Adam Heckman died on or about 32nd day of March 1904 intestate, married, and leaving issue: That an account has been filed by his administratrix. That under the provisions of the intestate the only persons entitled to the estate embraced in the said account, or any part thereof (other than as creditors), are as follows: - their relationships, proportion of interest, and name of guardian of such as minors, being as stated, viz:

Katie R Gring widow (all of it) of age

Myrtle O Heckman daughter minor child is dead

And the widow claims the balance as her exemption.

Your petitioner therefore prays that distribution may be made among the parties above mentioned, according to their respective interests. And he will ever, etc.
