Joseph T. Evans, a member of the Lancaster county bar, was married to Miss Jennie E. Glass, daughter of Theodore Glass, the ceremony being performed at the home of the bride's father, "Murrell," Ephrata. Prof. James Evans, of Pottsville, brother of the groom, was best man, and the bride's sister, Miss Minnie Glass, was maid of honor. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. D.G. Glass, of Lancaster, a brother of the bride.
