On Tuesday, June 3d, A.D. 1851, at 12 o'clock M. [sic] at the public house of Daniel Kalbach, in the borough of Womelsdorf, Berks county: A certain one story Frame House, a Frame Stable, and a number of Fruit Trees, and a lot or piece of ground, situate on the north side of Second street, in the borough of Womelsdorf, Berks county, bounded by property on the east of Peter Weiser, on the west by property of Andrew Stouch, on the south by a twelve feet wide alley, and on the north by said Second street; containing in front 33 feet and in depth 266 feet, more or less. Sold as the property of George Arnold.

A certain two-story Frame House and lot or piece of ground situate on the east side of Orange alley, between Franklin and Penn sts., in the city of Reading; bounded by property of Jacob Dietrich on the north, on the east by property of Patrick S. Devlan, on the south by other property, also to be sold, of Conrad Dietrich, and on the west by said Orange alley, containing in front 16 feet, 8 inches, and in depth 122 feet, more or less.

No. 2. A certain two-story Frame House and lot or piece of ground, situate on the east side of Orange alley, between Franklin and Penn sts., in the city of Reading; bounded by property, also to be sold, of Conrad Dietrich, on the north, on the east by property of Patrick S. Devlan, on the south by other property, also to be sold, of Conrad Dietrich, and on the west by said Orange alley, containing in front 16 feet 8 inches, and in depth 122 feet, more or less.

By virtue of sundry writs of Venditioni Exponas issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, to me directed, will be sold at public vendue or out-cry, on Saturday, the 9th day of January, A.D., 1869, at 1 o'clock P.M., at the Keystone House, in the city of Reading:

No. 1. All the right, title and interest, of and in, to and out of all that certain lot of ground, situate on the South side of Chestnut street, in the city of Reading aforesaid, on which is erected a two story Brick tannery, with steam engine, shafting, machinery and fixtures therein, bounded on the west by property belonging to the School Directors of Fifth Ward of the said city, on the South by property of Edwin Kirkpatrick, on the east by Mifflin street, and on the North by said Chestnut street, containing in front on said Chestnut street, 152 feet, and in length 100 feet.

No. 2. Also, all the right, title and interest in all that certain frame dwelling house and lot of ground, situate on the south side of Chestnut street, in said city of Reading, bounded on the North by said Chestnut street, on West by property of August Kirms, on the South by a four feet wide alley, on the East by property of Charles Briner, containing in front on said Chestnut street, 18 feet and in length north and south 100 feet.

No. 3. Also, all the right, title and interest in that certain two story brick dwelling house and lot of ground, situate on the east side of South Third street, in the said city of Reading, bounded on the South by property of J.N.H. Fisher, on the East by Carpenter alley, on the North by property of David Mitchel, and on the West by said Third street, containing front 20 feet, and in length 230 feet.

No. 4. Also, all the right, title and interest in all that certain two and three-quarter story brick dwelling house and lot of ground situate on the West side of South Third street, in said city, bounded on the South by Grape alley, on the West by property of Hannah Lutz and Anna Lutz, on the North by No. 5, and on the East by said Third street, containing in front on said Third street, 17 feet and in length East and West 89 feet, 4 inches.

No. 5. Also, all the right, title and interest in all that certain one and three-quarter (1 3/4) story frame dwelling house and lot of ground, situate on the West side of South Third street, in said city, bounded on the South by property No. 4, west by property of Hannah and Anna Lutz North by No. 6 and East by said Third street, containing in front 21 feet 2 inches, and in length east and west 89 feet, 4 inches.

No. 6. Also all the right title and interest in all that certain one story frame dwelling house and lot of ground, situate on the west side of South Third street, in said city, bounded on the North by No. 7, on the South by No. 5, on the West by property of Hannah and Anna Lutz and on the east by said South Third street, containing in front 23 feet and 5 inches, and in length 89 feet 4 inches.

No. 7. Also all the right, title and interest in all that certain two story brick dwelling house and lot of ground, situate on the west side of South Third street, in said city, bounded on the North by No. 8, on the South by No. 6, on the West by property of Hannah and Anna Lutz, and on the East by said South Third street, containing in front on said Third street 20 feet and 3 inches and in length East and West 89 feet and 4 inches.

No. 8. Also, all the right, title and interest in all that certain two story brick dwelling house and lot of ground, situate on the West side of South Third street, between Franklin and Chestnut sts.; in said city, bounded on the North by property No. 9, on the south by No. 7, on the West by property of Hannah and Anna Lutz and on the East by Third street; containing in front on said Third street 19 feet 10 inches, and in length east and west 89 feet and 4 inches.

No. 9. Also all the right title and interest in all that certain two and three quarter (2 3/4) story brick dwelling house situate on the West side of south Third street, between Franklin and Chestnut streets, in the said city, bounded on the North by No. 10, on the South by No. 8, on the west by property of Hannah and Anna Lutz, and on the East by said South Third street, containing in front on said third street, 20 feet and 3 inches, and in length East and West, 89 feet and 4 inches.

No. 10. Also all the right title and interest in all that certain open building lot of ground, situate on the west side of South Third street, between Franklin and Chestnut streets..., in the said city of Reading, bounded on the north by property of Mrs. Andrew Rhoads, on the south by lot No. 9, on the west by property of Hannah and Anna Lutz and on the east by said south third street; containing in front on said third street, 19 feet and 8 inches. Sold as the property of Charles E. Fichthorn.

By virtue of a writ of Venditioni Exponas, issued out of the Orphans' Court of Berks county, will be sold on Wednesday, the 20th day of July A.D., 1859, at 1 o'clock, P.M., at the public house of Jonas Rollman, in Sinking Springs, Spring township, Berks County, the following property, to wit: All the right, title and interest of Aaron Ruth, one of the defendants in all that certain tract of Woodland and Oreland situate in the township of Spring, Berks county, adjoining lands of John Miller, Isaac Addams, Philip Hatt, deceased, John Weitzel, and others, containing 34 acres, more or less, with the appurtenances. By virtue of sundry writs of Venditioni Exponas, Levari Facias, issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, to me directed, will be sold at public vendue, or outcry, on Saturday, May 15th, 1875, at 1 o'clock p.m., at the Sheriff's Office in the city of Reading, county aforesaid, to wit:

All that certain lot of ground with the buildings thereon erected, situate at Monocacy, Berks county, Pa., bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at Monocacy street and extending thence by lot No. 9 south eighty-five and a half degrees, east four hundred and seventy feet to the Monocacy creek, thence down by said creek fifty feet to a corner of lot No. 6, thence by the same north eighty-five and a half degrees, west four hundred and seventy feet to Monocacy street, aforesaid, thence along by the same north four and a half degrees, east fifty feet to the place of beginning, containing twenty-three thousand five hundred square feet, or eighty-six square perches.

By virtue of a writ of fieri facias, issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks county, to me directed, will be sold at a public vendue or out-cry, on Saturday, the 13th day of February, A.D., 1869, at 1 o'clock P.M., at the public house of Isaac S. Hoyer, in Robeson township, said county:

All that certain messuage, tenement and tract of land situate in Robeson township, Berks county, adjoining lands of George Kurtz, Isaac Sifrit, Michael B. Westley, widow Catharine Westley, Daniel Wagner, deceased, and others; containing 83(?) acres more or less. The improvements are a two story stone dwelling house, frame barn and other out-buildings. Sold as the property of John W. Zerbe.
