This is to give notice:--That on the 15th day of January, A.D. 1869, a warrant in Bankruptcy was issued against the estate of Samuel L. Brown, of Heidelberg township, in the county of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, who had been adjudged a Bankrupt on his own petition; that the payment of any debts and delivery of any property belonging to such Bankrupt, to him or for his use, and the transfer of any property by him are forbidden by law; that a meeting of the creditors of the said Bankrupt to prove their debts and to choose one or more Assignees of his estate, will be held at a Court of Bankruptcy, to be holden at the office of H. Maltzberger, No. 46 North Sixth street, Reading, Pennsylvania, before H. Maltzberger, Register, on the 18th day of February, A.D., 1869, at 2(?) o'clock P.M.

Fisher, Adam L.

U.S. Marshal's Office, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Jan. 19, 1875}

This is to give notice: That on the 9th day of January A.D., 1875, a warrant in Bankruptcy was issued against the Estate of Adam L. Fisher, of Stouchsburg, in the County of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, who has been adjudged a Bankrupt, on his own petition; that the payment of any debts and delivery of any property belonging to such Bankrupt, to him, or for his use, and the transfer of any property by him, are forbidden by law; that a meeting of the creditors of the said Bankrupt to prove their debts, and to choose one or more assignees of his Estate will be held at a Court of Bankruptcy, to be holden at No. 14 North Sixth street, (second floor) Reading, Pa., before H. Maltzberger, Esq., Register, on the 17th day of February A.D., 1875 at 2 o'clock, P.M.

Spangler, William H.

Notice in Bankruptcy. Lancaster, January 12, 1869.

This is to give notice:--That on the 8th day of January A.D., 1869, a Warrant in Bankruptcy was issued against the Estate of William H. Spangler, who was also a member of the firm of Boas & Spangler, formerly of Reading, Pennsylvania, of the township of Sudsbury, in the county of Lancaster, and State of Pennsylvania, who has been adjudged a Bankrupt, on his own petition; that the payment of any debts and delivery of any property belonging to such Bankrupt, to him, or for his use, and the transfer of any property by him are forbidden by law; that a meeting of the Creditors of the said Bankrupt, to prove their debts, and to choose one or more assignees of his estate, will be held at the Court of Bankruptcy, to be holden at the office of the Register, No. 6, South Queen street, in the city of Lancaster, Pa., before Amos Slaymaker, Esq., Register, on the 30th day of January A.D., 1869, at 12 o'clock.
