Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Auditor, appointed by the Orphans' Court of Berks county to audit, restate, and resettle the account of Maria Deysher, Administratrix of Jacob Deysher, late of Oley township, said county, deceased, will attend for that purpose, at his office, No. 531 Court street, Reading, Pa., on Monday, the 7th day of December, 1883, at 1 o'clock, P.M., at which time and place all persons interested will attend.

Fisher, Anna

The undersigned Auditor appointed by the Orphans' Court of Berks county, to re-audit the account of Silas W. In the Orphans' Court for the County of Berks. Estate of John Haas, dec'd. To the heirs of Jonathan Fisher Smith, formerly of Reading, Pa. -- The undersigned appointed Auditor by the Orphans' Court of Chester county, to distribute the balance (amounting to $18,594.30 remaining in the hands of Joseph Marple and William G. Maitland, Administrators of Thomas Marple, late of the township of West Nantmeal, (now Wallace) deceased gives notice to the above named heirs of Jonathan Fisher Smith, and all other parties interested in the distribution that he will meet them at his office in the borough of West Chester on the 28th day of July next, at 10 o'clock A.M.
