JAIL HOUSE

To the honorable the Judges of the Court of Quarter sessions of the place in and for the county of Perry August term 1828----  We the Grand Jury in and for said County do report that we have viewed the Jail & the Jail wall according to the directions of said Court and find that the Jail is in good order & well kept & the prisoners neatly provided for, also that the wall around the Jail is well built & of good materials and furnished in a neat and (remainder of document torn, about 1 line worth).
